Qualifications
- Several years of experience in the construction or assembly industry
- Experience in coordinating and supervising construction sites or projects
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead teams
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Excellent communication skills with employees, clients, and project managers
- Resilience and flexibility in stressful situations
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Driver's license category B
