Senior Project Manager Opportunity
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED is excited to announce a contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join an innovative AI transformation project. The initial contract will last for 6 months, with potential for long-term engagement.
This role is set to commence as soon as possible and will require 2 days on-site each week in Frankfurt, Germany.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead complex transformation workstreams from mobilization through to delivery, adoption, and handover. You will be responsible for:
- End-to-end project delivery
- Governance and budgeting
- Stakeholder engagement and benefits realization within large-scale business and technology transformation programs
- Focusing on AI-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring effective project controls, risk management, and delivery oversight
- Successful implementation of enterprise technologies within a complex SAP environment
Experience delivering AI implementations, digital transformation programs, and working within regulated industries is highly desirable.
Desired Skills
- 8+ years of project or program management experience in complex transformation environments
- Proven experience delivering AI, GenAI, data & analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Strong project controls across scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and benefits tracking
- Ability to translate strategic business objectives into executable delivery plans
- Senior stakeholder management, executive reporting, and facilitation experience
- Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies
- Familiarity with S4/HANA
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience preferred
- Experience with Enterprise AI transformation programs
- Excellent communication skills in English
