Contract Opportunity: IT Project Lead
On behalf of one of our key partners, RED is excited to announce a contract opportunity for an IT Project Lead to join an innovative AI transformation project! This initial contract is for 6 months, with the potential for long-term engagement.
The contract is set to begin as soon as possible, requiring 2 days on-site per week in Frankfurt, Germany.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Lead the planning and delivery of IT implementation or change projects.
- Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and partners throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Manage project controls, risks, dependencies, testing, and release readiness.
- Ensure successful implementation outcomes.
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Lead, Technical Project Manager, or Delivery Lead.
- Proven track record of delivering IT implementations involving applications, cloud, integrations, data, or digital products.
- Strong project management skills across planning, RAID management, governance, budgeting, and stakeholder reporting.
- Experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences sector.
- Experience with enterprise AI transformation programs.
- Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, build, testing, release, and support transition.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a robust understanding of AI, automation, and data implementations.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience with S4/HANA.
