About the Position
Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients in both the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is seeking a:
PMO Lead
This is a 12-month contract position based in the Valais region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop PMO processes, governance, and tools from scratch.
- Lead portfolio planning, prioritization, and performance tracking.
- Create dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure transparency and delivery excellence.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU citizenship required.
- Proven PMO or portfolio management experience.
- Strong skills in governance, controls, and performance frameworks.
- Proficient in stakeholder engagement and organizational change.
- Familiarity with PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Jira).
- Additional qualifications: Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management methodologies; experience in scalable PMO implementations for growing organizations; and knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management approaches.
