Your Tasks

• Ensure the operational application operation and further development in the areas of Hospitality & Facility Services, Planning, Dispatch & HR, Enterprise Systems, and CRM.
• Coordinate and provide 2nd level support with on-call duty and assist and train the specialist departments and end users (if needed on-site at the clinics).
• Analyze problems within the problem management process according to ITIL and create and execute changes within the change management process according to ITIL.
• Act as an interface between specialist departments, IT, and external service providers.
• Requirement engineering, conceptualization, implementation, testing, and go-live of new adjustments to existing functionalities in your area of application responsibility.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement releases and version updates for applications in your responsibility.
• Actively participate in projects, with the option for a (partial) project leader role.

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in IT or equivalent, further training in business administration is advantageous.
• Experience as an application manager in a complex environment, initial database knowledge or willingness to delve into the topic.
• Experience in conceptualizing and defining new requirements focusing on solution concepts.
• Solution-oriented and cross-process thinking and acting, quick comprehension, high resilience, and a strong service attitude with a proactive mentality.
• Excellent German and good English skills; French knowledge is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Switzerland (initially more frequently, then about once a month).
