Your Role in Our High-Speed Division
As a key player in our High Speed division, you will help ensure material availability and operational excellence throughout our procurement and supply chain processes. You will manage supplier relationships, optimize workflows, and act as a central interface across multiple internal teams to ensure smooth and reliable operations in a fast-paced, highly complex environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage orders and communicate with external suppliers regarding delivery schedules, priorities, order confirmations, and shipping details.
- Closely coordinate with internal teams to initiate appropriate actions in case of deviations, including escalation, adjusting delivery plans, arranging express shipments, or rerouting orders to alternative suppliers.
- Analyze supplier forecasts and develop best practices; assess feasibility and implement measures to ensure delivery capability.
- Optimize operations, processes, and procedures in line with organizational goals.
- Serve as a connector: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and become a trusted resource for process clarity and system usability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead optimization projects.
Your Background
- A degree in supply chain management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in planning, logistics, or supply chain execution—preferably in an industrial or project-driven environment.
- Curiosity for systems and structure, with hands-on experience in SAP ECC; knowledge of S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Familiarity with lean methodology is considered an advantage.
