Key Responsibilities
- Administrative and technical management of condominiums
- Preside over General Assemblies and committees
- Establish maintenance and renovation budgets
- Conduct property inspections and follow up on maintenance and renovation work
- Direct contacts with co-owners and contracted companies
Experience and Qualifications Required
- Holder of a commercial employee diploma or equivalent training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within a Swiss property management company
- Fluency in French, with proficiency in English and German as an asset
- Ability to work autonomously, with strong organizational skills and resilience under stress
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Must possess a Swiss or valid work permit
