To lead our agency in Yverdon-les-Bains, we are looking for an Agency Manager who shares this dedication and can convey this constructive energy to their team, further developing the market in the northern Vaud region.

Job Description

As the driving force of the agency, you will assume the following responsibilities:

• Energize, motivate, and coach a team of personnel placement specialists (commercial and technical profiles) daily.
• Instill a positive, solution-oriented mindset focused on active listening.
• Set individual and collective goals, supporting the team in achieving them.
• Ensure the agency's growth through targeted prospecting, recruitment actions, and the retention of a portfolio of local clients.
• Act as the ambassador of our brand image in the Yverdon region by participating in local economic events.
• Identify market opportunities and adapt the service offering (temporary placement, permanent placement, payrolling).
• Ensure strict compliance with the LSE (Employment Service Act) and collective labor agreements (CLA).

We Expect

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Proven experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful experience in personnel placement in Switzerland, ideally with initial experience in team management.
• Regional anchoring: An excellent economic network and a strong understanding of the industrial, artisanal, and commercial fabric of Yverdon-les-Bains and the northern Vaud region.
• Interpersonal skills: A natural leader who communicates frankly, concisely, and positively. Your empathy enables you to support your collaborators' growth while maintaining a high level of demand.
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Autonomous, proactive, and equipped with a strong negotiation ability.
