About the Role

In the role of Head of Shared Services, you will be an integral member of the management team, tasked with consolidating central corporate functions and actively steering the future of the organization. This versatile leadership position involves overseeing the areas of HR, Marketing & Communication, Service Center, as well as Intake & Social Counseling.

Your responsibilities will expand as part of an overarching organizational development initiative, with central functions being newly consolidated to include Finance, IT, Digitalization, and Infrastructure. You will lead a team of experienced specialists, fostering collaboration and driving the evolution of Shared Services into a service-oriented, economically viable unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR department, shaping the HR strategy and developing modern, company-wide personnel practices.
• Enhance HR processes and tools while fostering personnel and leadership development.
• Drive digital transformation and optimize departmental processes through standardization.
• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and fellow management members, contributing to the company's overall direction.
• Navigate complex labor, social security, and personnel challenges with confidence and professionalism.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A higher education background in business administration, general management, human resources, or a related field.
