Job Description

The Platform Leader will serve as a technical advisor for internal customers, focusing on Business Applications, Infrastructure, and security for the Infor M3 Digital Food Platform. You will lead the technology development and operations for the IKEA Food M3 platform and its associated applications, supporting IKEA Food business in core processes including Supply Chain Planning, Operations, Logistics Fulfilment, and Wholesale/Finance.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and coach Basis team members both onsite and offshore, securing the capacity and competence necessary for high availability and excellent user experience.
• Be responsible for the M3 Platform Roadmap, continuously leveraging synergies between various components while defining future directions.
• Oversee M3 Basis activities, including setup, upgrades, change releases, performance monitoring, and capacity management, while driving troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, and escalations.
• Collaborate with service providers and IT functions to prioritize and safeguard investments by leveraging Infor Cloud Suite and AWS services.
• Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization with a cost-conscious approach.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery and application/platform resiliency options are in place.
• Work closely with product teams and Software Engineers to resolve complex challenges.
• Manage projects related to Basis enhancements.

To be successful in this position, you should possess the following:

• Experience: Proven experience in leading digital delivery and transformation programs, with over 5 years of expertise in large-scale ERP platforms, particularly Infor M3.
• Business and Technology Acumen: A strong understanding of business needs coupled with technological capabilities.
• Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams both remotely and onsite.
• Delivery Approach: Experience with agile methodologies and product/platform management.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Work Style: Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
