About the Role

As part of Accelleron's 3-4 year S/4 HANA transformation strategy, you will be accountable for designing, governing, and executing the Change Management strategy. This includes change-related communications and ensuring alignment with the overarching training approach. You will promote a people-centered transformation methodology to foster adoption, engagement, and sustainable behavioral change among all stakeholders. You will assess organizational change readiness, define targeted interventions to address gaps, and monitor adoption risks and mitigation measures. Collaborating closely with workstream leads, you will ensure integrated planning, consistent messaging, and seamless execution across all transformation initiatives. This position is a fixed-term contract of 3-4 years.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Change Leadership: Collaborate with Program Leadership to shape and execute the enterprise-wide Change Management strategy, focusing on sustainable adoption of new processes and business value realization.
  • End-to-End Change Governance: Establish and lead a comprehensive Change Management framework and methodology, ensuring consistent execution of change initiatives.
  • Integrated Change & Communication Strategy: Develop a holistic Change and Communication strategy in coordination with the PMO to maintain clarity and engagement throughout the transformation lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder & Impact Management: Conduct stakeholder identification and impact analyses, implementing targeted engagement strategies to boost buy-in and commitment.
  • Change Impact & Risk Mitigation: Lead Change Impact Analysis across workstreams and develop mitigation actions to minimize disruption while accelerating adoption.
  • Change Readiness & Adoption Monitoring: Drive assessments and monitor adoption trends, proactively addressing resistance and cultural barriers.
  • Learning & Capability Enablement: Collaborate on end-user training and ensure strong integration between Change and Learning activities for long-term capability building.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment & Narrative Consistency: Work closely with related roles to ensure alignment and a unified transformation narrative across the organization.
  • Leadership Enablement & Coaching: Coach Business Workstream Leads to act as credible Change Leaders and enhance their coaching capabilities.

Your Background

  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with over 5 years of Change Management experience in business transformation projects and system implementation.
  • Strong leadership skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration, with an innovative approach to enhancing stakeholder experiences.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • A collaborative team player with experience in participative change approaches and qualitative evaluation methods.
  • A proactive, hands-on mentality with a strong inclination for action.
  • A strategic thinker able to connect overarching goals to concrete operational actions.
  • Approachable and people-oriented with a knack for building trust and fostering open dialogue.
  • Resilient and solution-focused, skilled in navigating complexity and ambiguity.
  • Preferred: Basic ERP process knowledge.
