Job Description

Are you driven by a passion for digitizing the Manufacturing and Supply Chain sectors? In this role, you will work at the intersection of business, operations, and IT, transforming value chain challenges into scalable digital solutions that yield measurable business impacts.

As a Senior Project Manager – Value Chain Digitalization, you will guide complex digitalization projects from inception to go-live and stabilization. With a strong emphasis on intralogistics and SAP-enabled initiatives, including SAP EWM, you will translate warehouse operations, material flows, and logistics requirements into sustainable digital solutions.

Your collaboration with manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, and IT organizations will be crucial as you oversee project governance, execution, and value delivery. You will manage cutover, migration, go-live, and hypercare activities, ensuring successful process implementation, organizational change, and user adoption.

By employing a structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented approach, you will establish yourself as a trusted partner for Operations Heads, IT leads, and project sponsors. Your role will be instrumental in accelerating Accelleron's digitalization journey, enhancing operational performance, and facilitating sustainable business growth across the value chain.

You will join the Supply & Value Chain Excellence organization in Baden, reporting to the Team Lead Value Chain Digitalization, and closely collaborating with business leadership, IT, and technical experts across our value chain.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead complex Manufacturing and Supply Chain digitalization projects from concept through go-live and stabilization.
  • Initially take the lead role in the SAP EWM project, collaborating with a dedicated Technical Solution Lead for SAP EWM and solution architecture expertise.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
  • Coordinate and align business stakeholders, operations, IT teams, external partners, and technical experts.
  • Drive business process implementation, organizational change, and user adoption to ensure sustainable business impact.
  • Oversee Cutover, Migration, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities as needed.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into pragmatic and scalable solutions.
  • Deliver measurable business benefits and operational improvements across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes.
  • Support strategic digitalization initiatives and contribute to Accelleron's long-term Manufacturing and Supply Chain development.

Your Background

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading complex projects in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, or Digital Transformation, demonstrating excellent project and stakeholder management skills with a record of successful delivery in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain processes; experience in intralogistics or warehouse operations is a significant advantage.
  • Experience with SAP-enabled transformation initiatives; familiarity with SAP EWM or warehouse management solutions is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Ability to bridge business requirements, operational processes, and digital solutions.
  • Structured, pragmatic, and results-oriented personality with a strong execution mindset.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across business and IT organizations.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
