Job Opportunity: Technical Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Maintenance Coordinator to join our Gas Turbine Test Facility team in Birr. In this role, you will ensure that maintenance processes are properly planned, documented, tracked, and administered from both a technical and administrative perspective. This role is essential to the effectiveness of our maintenance organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan and manage maintenance and inspection work orders.
• Maintain asset data and preventive maintenance plans in API Pro.
• Document completed maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage technical documentation including drawings, manuals, certificates, and inspection records.
• Prepare and analyze maintenance KPIs such as plant availability, maintenance backlog, and equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Support spare parts management and material procurement.
• Assist with projects, plant overhauls, and outage activities.

Your Profile

• A technical qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the maintenance of industrial facilities or power plants is preferred.
• Understanding of technical operations and industrial processes.
• Strong organizational skills and confidence in handling technical documentation.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
• High level of service orientation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good written and spoken English; German skills are considered an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as API Pro, is an advantage.
