Responsibilities

Your mission is to find the right price for the right customer at the right time. In this pivotal role, you will combine business judgment, quantitative rigor, and technological fluency to conceptualize, design, and implement data-driven innovations aimed at maximizing revenue. Specifically, you will:

• Define, solve, and enhance mathematical and econometric models for Revenue Management, including demand forecasting, price optimization, optimal product bundling, and competitor intelligence.
• Utilize statistics, operations research, and simulations to develop solutions for business challenges and identify revenue opportunities.
• Leverage AI and automation to modernize our Revenue Management tools and processes.
• Analyze market dynamics, competitor actions, and industry trends to translate findings into concrete initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations of complex information to peers, interfaces, and management.
• Manage various stakeholders with a focus on collaboration, empathy, and achieving collective goals.
• Become a subject matter expert capable of leading complex initiatives in the field of airline Revenue Management.

Requirements

• University master's degree (PhD preferred) in a quantitative field
• Strong business acumen; experience in Revenue Management is an asset
• Solid knowledge of statistics, econometrics, and operations research with proven application to real business issues
• Working proficiency in programming (e.g., Python, R) sufficient for model creation and adaptation
• Comfort with AI and automation technologies
• Curiosity and a current understanding of market and industry developments
• Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to identify opportunities and drive projects effectively
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Highly motivated team player
• Fluency in English
