Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Supply Chain Management (SCM) OPEX Specialist (m/f/d) to make a significant impact on Supply Chain Projects and Process Improvements at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland. You will become part of the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit.
Your Responsibilities
- Project management of OPEX projects.
- Elaboration and development of supply chain processes and improvements in collaboration with teams based in Switzerland and global hubs.
- Development and maintenance of Supply Chain Management dashboards.
- Leading and driving improvement initiatives and projects within Supply Chain Management and related areas, employing a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Championing and facilitating behavioral change and innovative solutions to foster continual performance improvement.
- Selecting and applying the most suitable Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to design and deliver training programs, as well as knowledge management systems tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Mentoring and coaching teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business results.
- Supporting and collaborating on the Source-to-Pay process.
- Exemplifying a safety-first mindset and ensuring compliance with Accelleron HSE policies and standards, creating a world-class healthy and safe working environment.
Your Background
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant engineering, supply chain, or business discipline, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Experience in managing a diverse range of improvement projects within the field of project management.
- L6s green or black belt certification is an advantage.
- Solution-oriented, autonomous, pragmatic, and proactive working style with a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn.
- Fluency in English and good knowledge of German.
