Position: SCM OPEX Specialist (m/f/d)
We are seeking a motivated SCM OPEX Specialist to significantly contribute to Supply Chain Projects and Process Improvements at our global headquarters in Baden, Switzerland. You will be a vital member of the Supply & Value Chain Excellence business unit.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage OPEX projects effectively.
- Develop and enhance Supply Chain processes in collaboration with teams in Switzerland and global hubs.
- Create and maintain Supply Chain Management dashboards.
- Lead and execute improvement initiatives within Supply Chain Management, applying a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Facilitate behavioral change and innovative solutions to promote continuous performance improvement.
- Utilize suitable Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to design and deliver tailored training programs and knowledge management systems.
- Mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive business results.
- Support collaboration on the Source-to-Pay process.
- Exemplify a safety-first mindset, ensuring adherence to Accelleron HSE policies and standards to maintain a world-class healthy and safe working environment.
Your Background:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business discipline with a robust understanding of Supply Chain processes.
- A minimum of 3 years experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Experience managing a diverse range of improvement projects within project management.
- Possession of an L6s green or black belt is an advantage.
- Solution-oriented, autonomous, pragmatic, and proactive working style, with a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn.
- Fluency in English with good knowledge of German.
