PURPOSE
Aiglon College is an esteemed international boarding school nestled in the picturesque Swiss Alps, renowned for delivering a comprehensive and challenging holistic education. Our welcoming and safe environment supports over 500 summer camp students aged 8 to 16 years from more than 45 countries around the globe.
As a member of our Summer Camp staff, you are expected to actively enhance the ethos of Aiglon and contribute positively to the camp experience, fostering a safe and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.

MISSION
We aspire to provide Summer Camp students with a stimulating, hands-on experience in DJing and music production. We are seeking an individual who can share their expertise and engage students in an inspiring activity. The responsibilities include:
- Organizing DJ-focused social evenings in 120-minute sessions, which include:
- A live DJ set
- Fundamentals of mixing: creating playlists and beat-matching tracks
- DJ controls and effects: utilizing EQ knobs and audio effects such as delay and reverb
- Turntable techniques: scratching and beat juggling
- Rhythm and performance skills, including finger drumming and rhythm exercises
- Clarification of DJ techniques
- Supervised student interaction with hands-on practice to maintain a dynamic and engaging environment
- Ensuring all sessions are fully supervised, utilizing professional equipment in a safe and structured environment
- Providing students with a vibrant introduction to DJing, enhancing their musical listening, rhythm, and collaboration skills, while creating a memorable, interactive experience that embodies both creativity and professionalism
- Offering one evening session per week between June 29 and July 27, 2026
OTHER TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performing any additional tasks reasonably requested by the Director of Summer Camp to ensure the smooth operation of the program
- Understanding and implementing all school policies and procedures, especially those related to the safeguarding of children and young people
- Comprehending the School’s Guiding Principles and consistently upholding the ethos of the School
