Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager - Campaign Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering key components of EFG’s digital transformation and enhancing its presence across strategic digital marketing channels.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with members of the Digital and broader global marketing team to integrate strategy, execution, and data analysis, ensuring campaigns are client-centric, measurable, and compliant. The focus will be on measurable demand generation and contributing to NNA growth within the broader business.
The ideal candidate will possess deep channel expertise and be adept at translating business priorities into strategic digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and substantial commercial outcomes. As EFG develops its digital ecosystem, you will support the team in implementing connected and scalable solutions that yield ROI across the business and facilitate growth.
You will serve as the subject matter expert and partner for marketing and distribution teams, advocating for change and fostering awareness of the significant impact digital marketing can have on client journeys and acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of global digital demand generation campaigns across web, email, paid media, and social channels.
- Collaborate with business experts across global Marketing, Sales, Product, and Investment teams to define target audiences across regions and develop campaign strategies tailored to various markets.
- Build test-and-learn frameworks (A/B testing, multivariate testing) to continuously improve performance.
- Ensure compliance with complex regulations, including cross-border marketing compliance rules, and implement auditable processes.
- Track, measure, and ensure all campaigns align with business-agreed KPIs focused on supporting our 3-year objectives.
- Be accountable for commercially oriented KPIs (Qualified leads, channel conversions, and user activity insights that drive new business opportunities).
Search & Paid Media
- Manage paid media budgets (Google Ads, LinkedIn, display networks) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Drive organic growth through advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).
- Ensure keyword strategies, landing page optimization, and ad copy are data-driven and align with brand tone.
Content & Channel Management
- Work collaboratively with skilled content creators and subject matter experts to convert investment insights and marketing collateral into engaging digital formats.
- Support editorial calendars for digital channels, ensuring content aligns with client journeys.
- Assist in the localization and customization of content for diverse geographies and audiences.
Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards and regular reports for senior management and Marketing partners, providing insights on campaign effectiveness, client engagement, and ROI.
- Analyze audience behavior to inform future campaign and content strategies.
- Support regulatory and compliance reporting for marketing activities.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure all digital communications meet regulatory and brand standards.
- Stay updated on digital marketing best practices and regulatory changes relevant to the investment management sector.
Platform Governance
- Own the role-specific digital marketing platform strategy and development roadmap (CRM, Marketing automation, Social media management, or Website CMS), managing third-party vendors, development budgets, scalability, and growth throughout the platform lifecycle.
- Maintain auditable processes and records management for content distributed across owned platforms.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform additional duties as required by Digital Management and support the broader Digital & Marketing team.
- Act as an ambassador for the brand.
- Provide ad-hoc support using Adobe design suite for edits and updates to existing artwork, templates, and imagery.
- Guide others as a “super-user” of systems (e.g., Seismic, HubSpot, Salesforce, Magnolia CMS, and social media platform Oktopost).
- Collaborate with other experienced marketing leaders to mentor junior members of the digital and marketing organization, ensuring best practices are utilized.

- All externally used materials are suitable for the audience and compliance-approved.
- Consistency across the material range (brand, message, data, content, etc.).

Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional marketing qualifications (e.g., CIM, Google, Analytics certifications) are desirable.
- Over 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within Private Banking, investment management, or financial services; experience targeting HNWIs with luxury services is also acceptable.
- Demonstrated success in delivering measurable campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and campaign optimization.
- Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo).
- Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills; capable of balancing multiple campaigns across regions.
- Strong communicator, able to convey digital concepts to non-specialist stakeholders and deliver results.
