We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in the Civil Engineering sector. This position involves operating and leading construction machinery, especially excavators, in various engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and lead construction machinery in civil engineering, particularly excavators, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers.
• Execute excavation, grading, and compaction work for pipeline, road, and sewer construction projects.
• Assist with earthworks, trench construction, and laying utility lines (water, sewage, electricity).
• Perform safe and efficient tasks according to plans, survey points, and instructions from construction management.
• Be responsible for daily inspection, maintenance, and simple servicing of the machinery.
• Collaborate closely with the foreman, site supervisor, and the construction team for a smooth construction process.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality regulations on the construction site.
• Assist with general construction site work in civil engineering as required.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as an operator in civil engineering (excavator, wheel loader, or similar construction machinery).
• A valid construction machinery operator's license or equivalent qualification.
• Good knowledge in civil engineering, especially in earthworks, pipeline construction, or road construction.
• An independent, precise, and responsible working style.
• Technical understanding and careful handling of machines and equipment.
• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility in daily construction site operations.
• Good German language skills for effective communication on the construction site.
• A driving license of category B is an advantage.
