Responsibilities
- Planning of Work: Plan and coordinate workflows, create schedules, and monitor deadlines. Organize materials and personnel.
- Site Management/Work: Guide and lead employees and teams, distribute tasks, and ensure that work is conducted correctly.
- Control and Quality: Check work quality, monitor compliance with safety regulations, and solve problems while making informed decisions.
- Communication: Collaborate with project managers, site managers, and clients while coordinating information between the office and the site.
- Documentation: Document work progress and create reports and other documentation.
What You Bring
- Several years of experience in the construction or assembly industry.
- Proven experience in coordinating and supervising construction sites or projects.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Technical understanding with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style.
- Excellent communication skills when engaging with employees, clients, and project managers.
- Resilience and flexibility, even in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in German, both spoken and written.
- Driver's license category B.
