Job Responsibilities

• Operate and lead construction machinery in civil engineering, with a focus on excavators, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers.
• Execute excavation, grading, and compaction work for pipeline, road, and sewer construction projects with precision.
• Assist in earthworks, trench construction, and utility line installations (water, sewage, electricity).
• Work safely and efficiently according to plans, survey points, and instructions from construction management.
• Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and simple servicing of machinery.
• Collaborate closely with the foreman, site supervisor, and construction team to ensure a smooth construction process.
• Strictly adhere to all safety and quality regulations on site.
• Provide assistance with general construction site tasks as needed.

What You Bring

• Several years of experience as an operator in civil engineering (excavator, wheel loader, or similar machinery).
• Valid construction machinery operator's license or equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge in civil engineering, particularly in earthworks, pipeline construction, or road construction.
• Independent, precise, and responsible work ethic.
• Technical understanding and careful handling of machines and equipment.
• Strong team spirit, reliability, and flexibility in daily operations.
• Good communication skills in German for effective collaboration on site.
• Driving license category B is an advantage.
