We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in the construction industry. This full-time position involves operating and leading construction machinery, particularly excavators, wheel loaders, rollers, and dumpers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate various construction machinery and ensure effective execution of excavation, grading, and compaction work for pipeline, road, and sewer construction projects.
- Assist with earthworks, trench construction, and the laying of utility lines including water, sewage, and electricity.
- Work safely and efficiently according to plans, survey points, and instructions from the construction management team.
- Conduct daily inspections, maintenance, and simple servicing of machinery.
- Collaborate closely with the foreman, site supervisor, and construction team to ensure a smooth construction process.
- Comply with all safety and quality regulations on the construction site.
- Provide assistance with general construction site work as needed.
What You Bring
- Several years of experience as an operator in civil engineering, particularly with excavators and wheel loaders.
- Valid construction machinery operator's license or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge in civil engineering, particularly in earthworks, pipeline construction, or road construction.
- Independent, precise, and responsible working style.
- Technical understanding and careful handling of machines and equipment.
- Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility in daily construction site operations.
- Good German language skills for effective communication on the construction site.
- A valid driving license (Category B) is an advantage.
