Qualifications

- Experience in coordinating and supervising construction sites or projects
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead teams
- Strong organizational and planning abilities
- Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
- Independent, structured, and responsible working style
- Excellent communication skills when interacting with employees, clients, and project managers
- Resilience and flexibility in stressful situations
- Proficient in German, both spoken and written
- Valid driver's license (category B)
