Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the HR area, ensuring effective functioning from personnel administration to pension funds and labor law issues.
- Act as a sparring partner and coach for management and executives, providing clear communication, well-founded recommendations, and a comprehensive understanding of operational priorities.
- Analyze and further develop existing HR processes, managing resources and budgets efficiently.
- Enhance occupational health management while collaborating with external partners.
- Design and implement organizational development, change initiatives, and HR digitization with a focus on stability and clear priorities.
- Lead, stabilize, and develop the HR team across two management levels, establishing a culture of orientation, trust, and clear expectations.
