Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the People Attraction team, consisting of two Recruitment Specialists and one Employer Marketing & Social Media Specialist, by setting clear objectives, priorities, and expectations.
- Drive workforce planning and recruitment delivery in partnership with department leaders, operational teams, and the People & Culture department to fulfill current and future talent needs.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle to ensure vacancies are filled promptly and with the right candidates.
- Build sustainable talent pipelines and sourcing strategies across relevant markets and channels.
- Manage recruitment agencies and job platforms, ensuring the quality of candidates and cost-effectiveness.
- Shape the candidate experience and enhance our employer brand through professional and engaging communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Lead external communication efforts, including career pages, job advertisements, campaigns, job fairs, and recruitment events to maintain a consistent and engaging employer presence.
- Coordinating internal communication and employee engagement initiatives, ensuring relevant content and updates are shared effectively.
- Own People Attraction systems and reporting, utilizing data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
- Manage the People Attraction budget, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across recruitment processes and communication methods, focusing on efficiency and candidate experience.
Specific Requirements
- Education & Experience: Degree or comparable qualification in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, combined with several years of relevant experience in recruitment or employer branding.
- Leadership Experience: Proven capability to lead and develop a team, establish priorities, delegate effectively, and create accountability.
- Recruitment Expertise: Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
- Employer Branding & Communication: Demonstrated experience in developing employer branding strategies and effective candidate communication across various channels.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
- Digital & Data Skills: Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms, with skills in analyzing data to define meaningful KPIs.
- Commercial & Strategic Mindset: Strong organizational and budget management abilities, with a strategic approach to aligning People Attraction activities with business objectives.
- Personal Profile: Forward-thinking, proactive, and solution-oriented with exceptional communication skills and sound judgment in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of German is advantageous.
