Your Tasks

  • Perform technical inspections of engine assemblies, modules, and piece parts on schedule (PW1100G-JM).
  • Create repair orders for assemblies and individual parts.
  • Request and execute engine modifications.
  • Control executed modifications and configurations on individual parts and assemblies.
  • Perform assigned work on time and ensure quality of work.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Continuously improve processes aimed at enhancing quality and safety.
  • Handle operating equipment with environmental consciousness.
  • Measure control of the assemblies in mounted condition.
  • Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
  • Document activities in accordance with regulations.
  • Conduct internal audits (e.g., 5S audits) and ensure timely implementation of defined actions.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training, preferably specialized in metal (polymechanics, plant and equipment engineers, machine mechanics, or equivalent).
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience within the Aviation MRO industry.
  • Preferably authorized to certify engines under EASA part 145/part 66.
  • Willingness to work in two shifts and flexibility to work on weekends.
  • Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently, precisely, and in a responsible manner.
  • Open-minded and dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
  • High safety, quality, and cost awareness.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and experienced with SAP.
  • Knowledge of the English language (level B1); knowledge of German is a plus.
