We are currently looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to join our shop floor in several areas, including Engine Line, Module Line, and Piece Part Repair in Bad Zurzach and Zurich-Airport. Quality Inspector (100%)

As a Quality Inspector, you will:

• Perform technical inspection and assessment of aircraft engine assemblies supporting one of our engine lines (GTF, LEAP, PW4000, CFM56) on schedule and according to OEM specifications and engineering orders.
• Create repair orders for engines, modules, and piece parts.
• Check modifications carried out on individual parts and assemblies.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis).
• Work independently and think and act economically.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic, automotive technician, agricultural machinery mechanic, or from another highly mechanical/technical industry.
• Relevant working experience within the aviation or MRO industry is considered a strong advantage.
• A self-motivated attitude with a precise and accountable work approach.
• Strong team player mentality and excellent communication skills.
• Resilience under pressure with the ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good English skills (minimum B2), with German being an advantage.
• Able to work in a 2-shift system.
