Position: Mechanic Engine Testing

As a Mechanic Engine Testing, you will be responsible for:

  • Rigging & De-Rigging of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines for the engine test run in accordance with the manufacturer's manuals.
  • Performing final engine test runs of Pratt & Whitney PW4000, CFM International CFM56, GTF & LEAP engines, adhering to the manufacturer's manuals.
  • Conducting borescope inspections post-test run.
  • Troubleshooting on the test cell.
  • Timely execution and independent self-control of performed orders.
  • Documenting activities assigned in accordance with regulations.
  • Continuously improving executed processes, focusing on enhancing quality and reducing production costs.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A technical background in engine test cell operations or completed vocational training in metal/mechanical fields (e.g., polymechanics, machine, or automobile mechanics), along with borescope inspection certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in inspection and maintenance tasks, with the ability to work independently and meticulously.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and clear, effective communication skills.
  • A willingness to work in a two-shift schedule, demonstrating flexibility and reliability.
  • An open-minded and dedicated attitude, coupled with a strong team player mentality.
  • High awareness of safety, quality, and cost efficiency in daily work.
  • Good command of MS Office and SAP; proficiency in English at a B2 level, with German as a plus.
