Your Responsibilities

• Assembly and disassembly of aircraft engines and engine modules (PW1100G-JM)
• Technical and administrative completion of all assigned work in accordance with regulations
• Performing assigned work on time while ensuring the quality of the work
• Application of Lean methodology
• Continuous improvement of processes to enhance quality and safety
• Environmentally conscious handling of equipment and resources
• Independent work, demonstrating economic thinking and actions

Your Profile

• Experience in Engine MRO (specifically in CFM, PW, GE, or RR Engines)
• Independent, precise, and responsible working style
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good health condition, resilient, and flexible
• Personal responsibility and self-motivation are essential
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage
• Willingness to work in 2 shifts
