What Sets You Apart
As an IT Project Manager, you will play a vital role in our teams by building FinTech software solutions, collaborating with some of the most innovative financial brands worldwide—from Switzerland to Singapore.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage software development projects with a focus on meeting time, quality, and budget targets.
- Act as the primary contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, from preliminary discussions to GoLive and follow-up support.
- Take end-to-end responsibility for delivering agreed digital banking solutions to national and international banks.
- Define and coordinate realistic project goals based on economic efficiency and feasibility.
- Establish effective team and communication structures to ensure seamless information flow.
- Support the preparation of offers and contracts.
- Assist in developing concepts and finding professional and technical solutions.
- Manage risks and changes, financial project controlling, and resource planning.
What You Bring With You
- A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing software customer projects.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMI, Prince2, GPM) or equivalent experience in Scrum and SAFe.
- Experience in banking sector business processes, including payments, assets, and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- High quality standards coupled with strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Fluency in both German and English for effective collaboration within an international team.
