Job Opportunity: SAP ECTR Support Consultant (m/f/d)
We are seeking an experienced SAP ECTR Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support in the area of PLM & Engineering for our client. The primary focus of this role is to independently process and resolve ECTR tickets within an existing ECC and S/4HANA landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and resolution of SAP ECTR tickets across all support levels
- Handling of incidents, problems, and service requests
- Error analysis and debugging in ECTR and adjacent PLM processes
- Escalation and handover in case of development needs
Requirements
- Solid experience with SAP ECTR - mandatory
- Very good knowledge of SAP PLM
- Experience with ECC and S/4HANA
- Good debugging skills
- ABAP knowledge is a plus
- Support focus - no customizing
