Job Opportunity: Senior Test Automation Engineer
We are seeking a talented Senior Test Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable test automation solutions for complex software applications. This role emphasizes the creation of robust automated testing strategies, the optimization of CI/CD pipelines, and the assurance of software quality through various testing methods including functional, integration, stress, and performance testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test strategies across unit, integration, system, UI, stress, and performance testing.
- Build and optimize test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable test execution.
- Execute stress and performance tests, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate with development teams to enhance software quality.
- Work closely with developers, architects, and product management to promote shift-left testing and quality-first engineering practices.
- Leverage AI-powered coding tools to automate test creation, maintenance, and optimization.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in test automation, including multi-layered testing frameworks, stress testing, and performance testing.
- Strong programming skills in C#, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern test automation tools (e.g., Ranorex, Playwright, Cypress, GitLab CI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a quality-first mindset.
- Nice to have: Experience with AI-powered automation tools, penetration testing, or working in regulated environments is considered a plus.
