Job Opportunity: DTC Process Consultant

For our international client, we are currently seeking an experienced DTC Process Consultant. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to support the customer in the collection, assessment, and design of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) processes as part of an SAP S/4 HANA implementation and rollout project. Experience with S/4 HANA projects is preferred, and please note that this position does not involve customization or technical work on SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a DTC Business Process Consultant and bridge the gap between business and technical/implementation teams.
• Collect, assess, and process DTC business requirements from business counterparts.
• Provide guidance and propose effective solutions.
• Support the client's S/4 HANA rollouts.
• Lead workshops and explain the template solution.
• Identify gaps and partner with technical teams for solution design, development, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Create test scripts and training materials.
• Manage cutover processes and provide Hypercare support.
• Engage in internal and external stakeholder management and communication.

Requirements:

• Significant project experience in Business Process and process solution design and delivery.
• Extensive experience in SAP DTC processes is a must.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, as well as Retail, POS integrations, and stock transfers is essential.
• Preferred experience with SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail, and/or E-Commerce.
• Experience in international projects for European businesses.
• Experience in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.

Project Details:

• Start: October
• Duration: 3 months (+ option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Hybrid, with on-site work in Germany approximately 2-3 days per week every other week or for critical workshops and onboarding. The remainder can be done remotely.
