DTC (Direct to Consumer) Business Process Consultant

Duration: 3+ months | Start: October | Location: Hybrid (on-site and remote)

We are seeking an experienced DTC Process Consultant for our international client. Your primary responsibility will be to support the customer in collecting, assessing, and designing DTC (Direct to Consumer) processes as part of an SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout project. Experience with S/4HANA projects is preferred. Please note that this role will not involve customization or technical work on SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as DTC (Direct to Consumer) Business Process Consultant.
• Serve as a bridge between the business, technical team, and implementation team.
• Collect, assess, and process DTC business requirements from business counterparts.
• Provide guidance and solution proposals to enhance business processes.
• Support the client's S/4HANA rollouts by leading workshops and explaining template solutions.
• Identify process gaps and partner with technical teams for solution design and implementation of new functionalities.
• Create test scripts and training materials.
• Manage cutover activities and hypercare support.
• Handle internal and external stakeholder management and communication.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Business Process/Process Solution Design and Delivery.
• Proven experience in SAP DTC (Direct to Consumer) processes is essential.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, as well as Retail, POS integrations, and stock transfers.
• SAP S/4HANA project experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and technology in Wholesale, Retail, and/or E-Commerce.
• Experience in international projects for European businesses.
• Background in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.

Project Details:

• Start: October
• Duration: 3 months (with an option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Hybrid – approximately 2-3 days/week on-site in Germany, alternate weeks for critical workshops & onboarding; remaining work can be done remotely.
