PTP Business Process Consultant Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced PTP Process Consultant for an international client. This role involves a blend of on-site and remote work, with a start date in October and an expected duration of over three months.

Role Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to assist our client in the collection, assessment, and design of Purchase to Pay (PTP) processes as part of an SAP S/4 HANA implementation and rollout project. Please note that customization or technical work on SAP will not be part of your tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a PTP Business Process Consultant, serving as a bridge between business and technical implementation teams.
• Collect, assess, and process PTP business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and propose solutions that align with client needs.
• Support the client's SAP S/4 HANA rollouts and lead workshops to explain the template solution.
• Identify process gaps and partner with technical teams for solution design, development, and implementation of new functionalities.
• Create test scripts and training materials, and manage cutover and hypercare processes.
• Engage in internal and external stakeholder management and communication.

Requirements

• Extensive project experience in Business Process and solution design and delivery.
• Significant experience in SAP MM and PTP processes is essential.
• Experience in procurement and demand planning.
• Preferred background in SAP S/4 HANA projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes and relevant technology in Wholesale, Retail, and/or E-Commerce.
• Experience working on international projects for European businesses.
• Experience in the retail, fashion, or consumer goods industry is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in English is a must; German language skills are a plus.

• Start: October
• Duration: 3 months (with an option to extend)
• Workload: 5 days per week
• Location: Hybrid - On-site work in Germany for approximately 2-3 days every other week, or for critical workshops and onboarding; the remainder may be done remotely.
