Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Test Consultant
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Test Consultant to support an ongoing ServiceNow implementation project for our client. Your primary responsibility will involve testing and ensuring the quality of ServiceNow solutions within the ITSM environment, as well as preparing and participating in User Acceptance Tests (UAT).
Key Responsibilities
- Testing ServiceNow implementations in Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
- Testing Service Catalog Items, including approval and fulfillment processes.
- Creating, executing, and documenting test cases and test plans.
- Analyzing, documenting, and tracking defects.
- Supporting and guiding business units and key users during the UAT phases.
- Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure a structured and quality-oriented testing process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in testing ServiceNow solutions, preferably in the ITSM environment.
- Strong understanding of common test design and testing methods, such as ISTQB Foundation Level.
- Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management.
- Familiarity with the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) is an advantage.
- Proven experience in preparing, executing, and supporting UATs.
- Excellent German and English language skills at a working level.
- Strong communication skills along with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
- High quality awareness and the ability to facilitate discussions with various stakeholders to reach a consensus.
