We are seeking an experienced IT/OT Project Leader for a prominent social organization in the Rotterdam region. The ideal candidate will excel in leading security projects within a complex and dynamic environment. Your Responsibilities
- Lead and realize IT/OT projects from inception to delivery.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, scope management, risk assessment, and progress tracking.
- Direct team members, internal stakeholders, and potentially external suppliers.
- Create a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
What Do You Bring?
- A solid track record as a Project Leader or Project Manager.
- Experience in personnel security and physical security projects, including:
- Access control systems
- Alarm systems
- Fire detection and fire protection systems
- Security and detection systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluency in the Dutch language.
- A sense of ownership and proactivity, with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels.
- A passion for taking action, solving problems, structuring processes, fostering improvement, collaborating, and driving change.
