Program Manager - PLM Contract Role - Netherlands

RED is currently seeking an experienced Program Manager / Deployment Lead to support a large-scale global PLM transformation and deployment program within an international FMCG environment. This role will focus on preparing multiple business units for deployment, driving fit-gap activities, coordinating data and change readiness, and effectively managing risks, dependencies, and business requirements.

The project is set to commence in January 2027, with a duration of one year. Initially, it offers a six-month contract that is rolling and extendable. The position will follow a hybrid model, requiring two days per week in the office located in Central Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate deployment preparation across multiple business units and countries.
• Organize and drive fit-gap and micro-change workshops.
• Capture, consolidate, and track functional gaps and business requirements.
• Manage deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness.
• Coordinate with business, data, change, and functional teams.
• Support data preparation and change management activities.
• Run regular stakeholder and business-unit governance meetings.
• Escalate key decisions and recommendations to global program leadership.
• Ensure alignment between local business needs and the global solution.

Key Requirements

• Strong Program / Deployment Management experience.
• Proven experience within PLM / Product Lifecycle Management programs.
• Experience within FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing sectors.
• Strong understanding of R&D/R&I, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product processes.
• Experience with large-scale, multi-country transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder, governance, risk, and issue management skills.
• Exposure to data readiness, change management, and deployment planning.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• SAP / S/4HANA transformation experience is highly advantageous.
