The Role

As a Founding Marketer, your mission is to develop an AI-driven marketing function that propels SaveSpace towards €10M+ ARR. This is not a conventional marketing role; we seek an exceptional operator who can leverage AI agents, automation, and precise positioning to achieve the output of a small team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the 1-to-many growth engine, including brand authority, demand generation, content creation, website conversion, and lifecycle marketing. In the initial 6 to 12 months, you will primarily operate independently but with a clear trajectory to build and lead a team as we scale.

What You'll Build

Your ultimate objective is to establish the leading digital storage platform in Europe. You will be responsible for:

• Owning and optimizing SaveSpace's growth engine, focusing on website performance, conversion rates, tracking, lead quality, CRM integration, referrals, reviews, and lifecycle marketing.
• Building SaveSpace's brand and category leadership through clear positioning, proprietary market insights, customer stories, and strategic partnerships.
• Overseeing the customer-facing UX and brand experience across our website, booking flows, landing pages, campaigns, and other critical touchpoints, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Creating content and creative assets that support case studies, sales materials, and social media engagement.
• Developing a scalable marketing system using reusable templates, messaging frameworks, automation technologies, and effectively collaborating with external designers, copywriters, creators, and specialists.

What You Bring

• Experience as the #1 or #2 marketing hire in a D2C startup, ideally within a platform or marketplace environment.
• Proven track record of implementing agentic AI workflows in production, beyond mere experimentation. This may include outbound research agents, enrichment funnels, programmatic content systems, lifecycle automation, custom GPTs, and similar projects.
• Strong ability in content creation, particularly in positioning, landing page design, and social media engagement.
• Instincts for demand generation across various channels, including inbound, outbound, events, lifecycle marketing, and conversions.
• A comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to innovate in a zero-to-one context.
• Fluency in both German and English, as most customer-facing communications and brand-building efforts will initially target the DACH market.
