Job Description

If international supply chains, export controls, and global trade flows are your passions, we invite you to join us and take responsibility for complex import and export processes in an international high-tech environment. You will help ensure that our products reach customers around the globe safely, compliantly, and on time.

What You Will Be Doing

• Drive global trade operations: you manage our import and export orders from order intake through to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution worldwide.
• Share your expertise: you are the go-to person for customs, transport, and export-related topics, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance: confidently navigate export control and re-export regulations while meeting all requirements.
• Coordinate licenses and approvals: manage export licenses, letters of credit, and bank guarantees, keeping track even in complex situations.
• Optimize logistics: organize transportation, handle dangerous goods shipments, and monitor freight and customs costs focusing on quality, timelines, and budget.

What You Should Bring

• Experience in international trade: 3-5 years of experience in import and export operations.
• Export and compliance know-how: familiarity with export control regulations and US re-export requirements.
• Relevant qualification: completed further training in export, foreign trade, or a related field.
• Independent working style: ability to work autonomously, stay organized, and maintain a clear overview even in complex situations.
• Language and process skills: confident communication in German and English, with a preference for a structured, process-oriented approach.
