Director of Co-Curricular Learning / Directress of Co-Curricular Learning

Collège Alpin Beau-Soleil SA - March 10, 2026

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Beau Soleil, we firmly believe that action is what truly matters. This philosophy permeates all aspects of our work, both as staff and for our students. We are a community that champions the power of engagement and participation, both inside and outside the classroom.

Our unique holistic education is grounded in four core values: Respect, Responsibility, Ambition, and Determination. These values form the framework of our community life for our international student body, which encompasses individuals from over sixty different countries, each bringing diverse academic backgrounds and future aspirations.

With curricular programs offered in both English and French, students graduate with either an IB or High School Diploma. The small class sizes allow for a flexible educational experience, and our staff is encouraged and supported to innovate in all that they do.

OUR COMMUNITY

The Beau Soleil campus is an inspiring workplace with facilities that are second to none. Our ongoing campus development and maintenance program ensures that both students and staff thrive in an environment of which they can feel justifiably proud.

Located in the heart of Villars-sur-Ollon, our campus offers an enviable lifestyle, with access to skiing in the winter months and a myriad of outdoor and sporting activities year-round. Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva are all within easy reach, providing opportunities for cultural exploration and inspiration.
