Living and working in the Swiss Alps, you will ignite your passion for Geography in students from around the world. From encouraging younger pupils to engage deeply with climate change and sustainability, to guiding Year 13 IB students through their Internal Assessment methodologies while conducting a glacier survey, your instruction will seamlessly connect academic learning with real-world experiences. You'll have the opportunity to inspire curiosity, build understanding, and cultivate skills that transcend traditional education.
This is a maternity cover role running from October 2025 to June 2026, providing a unique chance to make a meaningful contribution to our vibrant school community during a crucial period of the academic year.

A member of our innovative and collaborative Humanities department, you will regularly foster creativity and curiosity. This role may include teaching our Integrated Humanities course across Years 7 to 11, and experience or interest in IB Environmental Systems and Societies will be advantageous.
You are a qualified teacher, fluent in English with familiarity with the IBDP, and have experience working with students from diverse backgrounds. You are an excellent communicator, comfortable with digital tools, and dedicated to cultivating strong relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
