Collège Alpin Beau Soleil is a unique school community nestled in the Swiss Alps, home to 300 students aged 11-18 from 50 countries around the world. We offer an unparalleled educational experience, emphasizing the importance of taking on challenges both in and out of the classroom. Our students develop into young individuals capable of navigating a globalized world.
Our curricular programs, delivered in English and French and centered around the IB Diploma, provide a foundation for academic success at universities globally. Living and learning alongside peers from diverse backgrounds equips our students to become true global citizens. Here, everyone is recognized as an individual, contributing to a vibrant and special community.
Situated in the heart of Villars-sur-Ollon, our alpine campus offers an enviable lifestyle. With skiing just steps away in the winter months and a wealth of outdoor activities year-round, the location is truly breathtaking. Montreux, Lausanne, and Geneva are easily accessible for cultural exploration and inspiration. Our campus fosters an inspiring work environment, boasting top-tier facilities where both students and staff thrive. We take pride in our surroundings and are motivated to improve every day.
Are you energized by human connection, international travel, and the opportunity to assist families in finding the right educational setting for their children? At Beau Soleil, the role of Admissions Manager extends beyond handling inquiries; it’s about building relationships, inspiring confidence, and creating a welcoming first impression of our school.
No two days are the same. You may find yourself answering a parent's initial questions one moment and welcoming a family to campus the next. From initial contact through to a student’s first day, you will guide each family with care and professionalism.
Collaboration is key: you will work closely with academic and boarding teams to ensure smooth transitions for new students. As a representative of Beau Soleil, you will share our unique offerings with families and educational consultants worldwide, involving frequent international travel often at short notice.
Fluent in English and French, and ideally Russian, you bring warmth, initiative, and clarity to your work. Understanding that every inquiry carries a story, you are ready to help shape its next chapter. This role is not just about tasks; it is an opportunity to open doors, connect diverse cultures, and help young people embark on extraordinary journeys.
