Your Mission
Job Description
- Lead Experimental Testing Campaigns: Manage experimental testing campaigns to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Coordinate Technical Discussions: Facilitate technical discussions to align stakeholders and share valuable insights.
- Analyze Campaign Results: Examine the results of the campaign to derive meaningful conclusions.
- Relate Experiments to Development Strategy: Connect experiments with the overall development strategy and modeling efforts.

Requirements
- Educational Background: A degree in process engineering or mechanical engineering with relevant process exposure.
- Experimental Work: Hands-on experience conducting experimental work and applying practical methods.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data to support effective decision-making.
- Hands-On Experience: Familiarity with experimental work environments.
- Personal Attributes: A pragmatic team player capable of working under pressure.
- Language Skills and Travel: Proficient in English and open to occasional travel.

Salary ranges are determined based on the job's seniority level and market median for similar roles according to external benchmark surveys. Individual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and the value you bring to our team.
Formalities
This position is based in Opfikon, Zurich, and requires onsite work at least three days per week. The percentage indicated in the job title reflects flexibility — you may choose to work full-time or part-time according to what works best for you.
