At Deloitte Switzerland, within our Cyber practice in Technology & Transformation, you will play a crucial role in helping organizations protect what matters most. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from cyber strategy and transformation to building resilience against an ever-evolving threat landscape. As a Manager, you will lead project teams on complex engagements, translate technical findings into clear recommendations for security and IT leaders, and foster lasting relationships with client teams.

Your contributions will also be instrumental in our growth: identifying opportunities during your engagements, participating in unique proposals, and assisting partners in attracting new clients in a competitive environment where expertise and credibility are paramount.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify relevant cyber risks and develop tailored strategies aligned with client needs and industry specifics.
  • Lead clients' large-scale transformational projects, utilizing both your security expertise and project management skills.
  • Innovate cost-effective cyber strategies and implementation recommendations by leveraging your experience and our extensive network of cybersecurity experts.
  • Collaborate with a diverse array of team members, client stakeholders, and service providers on a global scale.
  • Build and manage enduring relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, establishing trust as the cornerstone of business success.

What You Bring to Succeed

  • A self-motivated drive to take ownership of challenges, complemented by a keen interest in staying informed about the cybersecurity landscape.
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services advisory, with a strong background in cyber strategy and risk management consulting.
  • A proven track record in executing large-scale cybersecurity projects, both as a subject matter expert and in project leadership roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience in sales, and the ability to influence and guide others in an advisory capacity, along with a passion for business development in the cyber arena.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GSTRT, or CISM are advantageous; prior consulting experience is essential.
  • Fluency in both English and French is expected.
