Key Responsibilities

Gather, process, evaluate, and analyze information from all available sources to produce actionable intelligence products that support intelligence and investigative activities, operations, and strategies.
Conduct analysis to identify networks, trends, links, and patterns of interest.
Assist in updating the ITA I&I Intelligence and Case Management System, as well as other internal databases and software tools for data analysis and intelligence collection.
Stay current with technology and methods related to data analysis and intelligence collection, identifying associated needs and gaps.
Conduct in-depth analysis of information across various databases and available data sources.
Communicate analytical findings clearly and concisely in presentations and written reports to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Liaise with the I&I Manager to ensure analytical resources are allocated in accordance with relevant partner IF budgets.
Collaborate with external partners, including anti-doping and integrity agencies, international and national law enforcement, and public authorities to share intelligence, support investigative activities, and develop best practices in intelligence analysis.
Coordinate with other ITA Departments to deliver actionable intelligence and support intelligence-led approaches across ITA anti-doping programs.

Skills and Experience Required

Strong commitment to protecting the integrity of sport and its athletes.
A higher education degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant I&I field such as intelligence studies, criminal sciences, criminology, or analysis.
A minimum of 3 years of extensive experience in intelligence analysis.
Demonstrated experience providing analytical support to intelligence operations and investigations.
Expert knowledge of information technology database structures and various intelligence tools and software solutions.
Capacity to report intelligence findings clearly and succinctly in written reports and verbal presentations to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Strong critical and lateral thinking skills, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information while adhering to high standards of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality.
Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics or tasks simultaneously in a structured and organized manner.
Proven ability to quickly become a subject-matter expert across diverse fields and reflect on areas for improvement.
Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight, competing deadlines.
A driven, service-oriented team player with a problem-solving mindset and a “can do” attitude.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
General knowledge of the international sports environment.

Experience in forensic imaging of electronic devices and/or analyzing forensically recovered data from electronic devices.
Experience in conducting field operations.
In-depth knowledge of any ITA partner sports and associated anti-doping or integrity activities.
Knowledge of the anti-doping industry, its regulatory framework, and relevant stakeholders.
Proficiency in additional languages.
