Responsibilities

• Organizing and providing guide services for Japanese clients
• Assisting in the planning of tours, sales, and operational duties
• Creating tour reports in Japanese
• Offering information and support to Japanese clients at the information/help desk and over the phone
• Providing emergency assistance for Japanese clients as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a minimum of 12 months of experience in tourism or a similar industry.
