We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Tour Guide focused on serving Japanese clients. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the travel experience for our clients through excellent organizational skills and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing and providing guide services for Japanese clients.
• Assisting in planning tours, managing sales, and overseeing operational duties.
• Creating comprehensive tour reports in Japanese.
• Providing information to Japanese clients at the information/help desk as well as over the phone.
• Offering emergency services to Japanese clients when needed.

Qualifications

A minimum of 12 months of experience in tourism or a related industry is required. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about travel and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
