Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and delivering guide services for Japanese clients.
- Assisting with the planning of tours and sales operations.
- Creating detailed tour reports in Japanese.
- Providing information and assistance to Japanese clients at the information/help desk and over the phone.
- Providing emergency services for Japanese clients as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 12 months of experience in tourism or a related industry.
