Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for our CRM tool (ATURB v4) within the IT/IS department in Switzerland, ensuring optimal usage of Accelleron applications and processes, primarily focused on ATURB. Reporting to the Power Platform Consulting & Support Team Lead, you will serve as the Application Owner (Deputy), coordinating the application strategy and implementation of the CRM, along with other sales and service applications. As a Process Engineer, you will provide process consultation for Sales, Service, and Marketing processes across Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process Engineering (PE):
    • Collaborate closely with global process owners to identify process improvement potentials enabled by new technology and applications.
    • Continuously analyze, enhance, and optimize sales and service processes for Accelleron Switzerland and the Global Service Network.
    • Consult with global process owners before and during the implementation of process optimization in IS applications, particularly ATURB v4 and other sales and service applications.
    • Identify and support business process improvement initiatives by actively engaging with global process owners to explore opportunities for automation and optimization.
    • Represent ATURB v4 aspects in IS projects as the application owner and process engineer for assigned sales and service applications.
    • Ensure structured evaluation of new applications, add-ons, and functionality in our CRM based on MS Power Platform technology.
    • Manage and participate in Accelleron process improvement projects while ensuring alignment with Accelleron IT standards.
  • Application Owner (AO):
    • Act as the primary contact for sales, service, and marketing units concerning ATURB v4 and other related applications.
    • Coordinate application strategy and implementation as the deputy application owner in collaboration with global process owners and Accelleron IT management.
    • Support the implementation and changes to the application from the business perspective, building application-specific knowledge about business processes.
    • Supervise and collaborate with external support providers, ensuring effective incident management and quality support to the business.
    • Ensure high master data quality by working closely with relevant managers and aligning with Accelleron’s master data governance.
    • Provide leadership to project teams, guiding task completion, and sharing expert knowledge.

Your Main Challenges

  • Implementing Accelleron’s business strategy with a focus on processes and applications.
  • Supporting the execution of Accelleron processes and IS strategy.
  • Coordinating project planning in collaboration with global process owners.
  • Monitoring adherence to agreed SLAs by internal and external support teams.
  • Managing budgets for assigned applications.

Your Background

  • Innovative and comprehensive network thinking in process and IS environments.
  • Proficient in organizational and technical change management.
  • Proactive in escalation and conflict management.
  • Experienced in project management with an Agile or Hybrid approach.
  • Familiar with strategic Microsoft technologies, especially MS Power Platform.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA is a bonus, particularly in customer master data and data migration methodologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and mobile applications (Native, HTML5).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft DevOps.
